There’s a big problem with modern business advice.
It’s not really built for the solopreneur who bases their business off of the interests, beliefs, opinions, and worldviews that they have.
It still works great if you’re going to start a Subway franchise, but it doesn’t account for the fact that there is a large group of people who are going to interact with your business because of who you are and what you’ve done.
This means that there are millions of people who are looking to start a business or who have already started a business that are lost.
Or maybe they’re treading water.
They’re looking around seeing other people succeed so they know it’s not impossible for them. But they also know that there are roadblocks that keep getting in their way.
They worry about staying true to themselves, but also being able to pay rent.
They’re concerned that selling too much will mean everyone will run away, but selling too little means that they need to get a job.
They were told that starting a business can lead to a life of freedom, but they feel more trapped than when they had a 9-5.
